By accessing or using Toyify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Upload images that contain illegal content or violate third-party rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract model weights from the Service.
Use automated systems to abuse the credit system or circumvent usage limits.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@toyify.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Toyify is not liable for any losses resulting from a compromised account.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when generating toy images. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable between accounts. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original photos you upload. Generated toy images are licensed to you under the terms associated with your plan (personal use for Basic and Pro; commercial use for Elite). Toyify retains no rights to your generated images.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. In the event of termination due to a breach, no refund of unused credits will be issued. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toyify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
