Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases
All credit purchases on Toyify are digital goods delivered immediately upon successful payment. Because credits are available for use the moment the transaction is confirmed, we operate a limited refund window as described below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You submit your refund request within 14 days of purchase.
- You have used fewer than 5 credits from the purchased pack.
- The reason for the refund is a technical fault on our side (e.g., credits not delivered, billing error).
Refunds are not available if:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
- 5 or more credits from the pack have already been used.
- The request is for a change of mind after substantial usage.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at refunds@toyify.app with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- The date of purchase
- The credit pack purchased
- A brief description of the reason for the refund
4. Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
