Payment information: Billing details are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store raw card numbers.
Uploaded images: Photos you upload for toy generation. These are deleted immediately after processing.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session duration to help us improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Toyify service.
Process your credit purchases and manage your account.
Send transactional emails (e.g., purchase receipts, password resets).
Respond to support requests and feedback.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your account data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. Generated toy images are retained in your gallery for 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted. Original uploaded photos are deleted immediately upon completion of the generation process.

We use the following third-party services to operate Toyify:

Stripe — payment processing
Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
Resend — transactional email delivery

Each third-party provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
