Toyify uses a multi-stage AI pipeline to transform any photo into a cuddly toy. Here is a look behind the curtain.
Photo Input & Subject Detection
When you upload a photo, our vision model analyses the image to identify the main subject — whether that's a person, pet, or character. It extracts key facial features, body shape, and distinctive details that make your subject unique.
Style Transfer
The extracted features are passed to a style-transfer model fine-tuned on thousands of toy images. Based on your chosen art style (Classic, Kawaii, or Chibi), it applies the appropriate textures, proportions, and aesthetic to recreate the subject as a huggable toy.
Toy Rendering
A high-resolution diffusion model renders the final toy image. Soft fabric textures, button eyes, stitched seams — every detail is lovingly crafted by the AI to produce a result that looks like it could come to life.
Output & Delivery
The rendered image is post-processed for colour accuracy and sharpness, then saved to your gallery. You can download it immediately in PNG format (or SVG/transparent BG on higher plans).

📐 Size Limits
Maximum file size: 10 MB. Minimum recommended resolution: 512 × 512 px. Files below this threshold may produce lower-quality results.
